Andrea Ekeng Inyang, the Special Assistant to the Cross River State Governor, Ben Ayade, on Strategic Communication, has expressed concern over alarming rise in ritual killings among young boys.
“It is quite alarming the rate at which young guys are now into money rituals.
Sad and very troubling!” he wrote.
