A Nigerian woman living in Canada has reignited online conversations after doubling down on her controversial stance that her husband must pledge lifelong faithfulness before joining her abroad.
Ezinne Frank Nwanorue, who recently attracted attention on social media for saying her husband would need to accept strict conditions before relocating to Canada to be with her, has now taken her position a step further.
In a fresh Facebook post, Ezinne said she believes her husband must make a solemn vow of fidelity, warning that any act of sexual infidelity would carry severe spiritual consequences.
According to her, her husband, Franklin Chimaobim Nwanorue, should remain sexually faithful to her alone if he eventually relocates to Canada. She claimed that any form of unfaithfulness would result in divine judgment, describing it as a warning she believes was revealed to her by God.
Ezinne also stated that her position is not about immigration sponsorship or marital control but about what she considers God’s instruction. She argued that God would not bless someone with the opportunity to relocate abroad only for that person to live a reckless lifestyle.
Ending her message, she publicly prayed that God would judge her husband if he ever became sexually involved with anyone else after joining her in Canada, insisting that her warning should be taken seriously.
