Luis Enrique’s side have defeated newly-crowned English champions Liverpool and Aston Villa on their way to reaching the semi-finals of Europe’s elite competition.
When asked whether those victories would give PSG an advantage against Arsenal, Enrique responded:
“I don’t know — maybe that’s a question for Mr Arteta.
“In terms of confidence, it’s definitely a positive for us. We beat Liverpool, and they’ve just won the Premier League this year. But that doesn’t mean much — every match is different.”
He added: “Everyone talks about the Premier League as if it’s the best league in the world. I’m not sure if I agree or not. But what I can say is that we’re full of confidence and excited for the semi-final.”
