Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino has recently shared his personal growth as a head coach.

“I firmly believe in ‘energía universal’,” he shared. “Everything is interconnected. Nothing occurs by mere chance; it is always a consequence of something else. Perhaps this belief is one of the reasons why Harry Kane consistently performs well in derbies. To me, this energy is very real and impactful.”
