Nollywood actress Doris Ogala has reacted after a Facebook user asked her to refund the money he donated towards her political campaign.
Ogala is currently seeking to become the next Governor of Abia State and has been reaching out to members of the public for financial support for her political ambition.
In a post shared on Facebook, the actress made her bank details available to supporters and appealed for donations, stressing that no contribution was too small to support her campaign.
Following the appeal, a Facebook user who identified himself as a marketing executive donated N1,000 to the campaign and publicly announced the donation on the platform.
Reacting to the contribution, Ogala thanked him for the gesture but suggested that she believed the donation was made with the intention of mocking her rather than genuinely supporting her campaign.
The actress’ response has since drawn attention on social media, with the exchange sparking reactions from Facebook users.
