Pastor Kingsley Okonkwo has sparked conversation by highlighting a challenge many men face in relationships: the ability to lead.

Taking to X, the pastor shared that when finances are taken out of the picture, many men lack the spiritual, emotional, mental, and moral capacity required to truly lead a woman.

He explained:

“If you remove money, most men don’t have what it takes to lead a woman. That’s why many men hold on to the idea that a man’s main role is ‘providing.’”

Okonkwo went further, pointing out that even the financial stability some men aspire to may be out of reach:

“Outside money, most men don’t have the spiritual, emotional, mental, or moral capacity to lead a woman in today’s world, and even the money many men aspire to, they don’t even have it.”

He also criticized outdated mindsets:

“A lot of men today are carrying an outdated syllabus and archaic mindset that was developed when women weren’t educated or didn’t work. Being the head today is no longer just about paying rent or school fees—you must be a quality man.”

The pastor’s message emphasizes that modern leadership in relationships goes beyond financial provision; it requires emotional intelligence, moral strength, and personal development.
