“Arguing with evil is futile” – Binance Executive Gambaryan responds after Nigerian government denies bribery claim

Binance Executive Gambaryan Rejects Nigerian Government’s Accusations of Spreading Falsehood

Tigran Gambaryan has pushed back against allegations from the Nigerian government that he is spreading misinformation after he accused three Nigerian lawmakers of demanding a $150 million bribe to prevent his arrest and prosecution.

Gambaryan, a former U.S. federal agent and Binance executive, recently released a statement detailing his alleged ordeal while in detention under Nigerian authorities.

In response, Nigeria’s Minister of Information, Mohammed Idris, dismissed Gambaryan’s claims in a statement issued on Friday, February 14.

Mr. Idris described the allegations as “unsubstantiated” and lacking credibility, suggesting that Gambaryan’s statements were an attempt to discredit and intimidate officials responsible for holding him accountable.

The minister further stated that Gambaryan should present his evidence in court if he wishes to prove his claims.
