After the fan managed to regain his footing, security promptly intervened to quell the altercation and subsequently escorted him out of the venue.
Shordie Shordie later took to social media to address the situation.
“In regard to the incident that transpired last night,” he started in a brief video posted on his Instagram Stories. “I want to clarify that the individual involved was not a genuine fan, nor was it a female. It was a disrespectful individual who warranted a response, and we addressed the situation accordingly. That’s the way it unfolded.”
