Former professional footballer John Fashanu has dismissed reports about his health and personal life, insisting that he is healthy and doing well.
In a video shared online, Fashanu described claims suggesting he has health or mental issues as false, adding that he still plays football and feels fine. He also accused his daughter of making untrue and damaging statements about him, while maintaining that reports claiming she manages his affairs or frequently visits him in Nigeria are inaccurate.
Fashanu added that his lawyers are reviewing the publications and considering legal action over the claims.
