Beyoncé returned to the Met Gala red carpet for the first time since 2016, making a striking impression.
The singer was joined by her husband, rapper Jay-Z, and their daughter, Blue Ivy.
Beyoncé, who served as a co-chair for this year’s event, wore a bejewelled skeleton gown designed by French fashion house creative director Olivier Rousteing, marking her first appearance at the gala in a decade.
Blue Ivy, 14, also turned heads in a cream bubble-hem strapless gown by Balenciaga. Her presence, however, appeared to raise eyebrows, as the gala typically enforces an age requirement of 18 and above for attendees.
