Kanye West’s former personal assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, has leveled new and serious allegations against the rapper in a second amended complaint filed this week.

According to recently submitted legal documents, Pisciotta accuses West of sexual assault, battery, stalking, sexual battery, sex trafficking, false imprisonment, and other misconduct.

Pisciotta originally filed a lawsuit in 2024, claiming West sent her explicit and disturbing messages and videos before abruptly terminating her employment. The latest filing outlines further disturbing claims stemming from their time working together.

She alleges that during a business trip to San Francisco, where West was launching a new Donda Academy location, he began making unwanted sexual advances. Despite her attempts to reject him, Pisciotta claims West kissed her and made graphic, inappropriate comments.

She further alleges the situation escalated during a music writing session in West’s hotel suite. According to the complaint, West allegedly masturbated and touched her inappropriately before falling asleep mid-conversation.

In another incident, Pisciotta says West forced his way into her hotel room under the pretense of needing a shower, then allegedly assaulted her. She claims West pushed her onto the bed, pinned her down, and forced her to perform oral sex. Pisciotta says she froze in fear and begged him to stop, after which he reportedly apologized and left the room.

The lawsuit also claims that West attempted to “trade” her as a sexual favor to another man in exchange for intimacy with that individual’s partner. Pisciotta alleges this was part of a pattern, claiming West was known for offering women to other men as “sexual gifts.”

In a prior filing from May 2025, Pisciotta alleged that West drugged her during a studio session hosted by rapper Diddy.

Additionally, West has publicly made damaging and inappropriate statements about Pisciotta on social media platform X (formerly Twitter), according to the suit.

West has not publicly responded to the updated allegations at the time of this report.
