UFC icon Conor McGregor is reportedly in serious talks to purchase adult subscription-based platform OnlyFans, according to Reuters.

Current owner Leonid Radvinsky is said to be negotiating a potential sale of the site to Los Angeles-based investment firm Forest Road Company. However, McGregor has now emerged as a major contender for the staggering £6 billion acquisition.

The 36-year-old former UFC champion recently shared a report online suggesting that he is indeed in serious discussions to acquire the platform.

Radvinsky, a Ukrainian-American businessman, made his fortune founding the adult camming site MyFreeCams in 2004. In 2018, he acquired a 75% stake in OnlyFans’ parent company, Fenix International Ltd., from British founders Tim Stokely and his father, Guy Stokely.

McGregor, meanwhile, has significantly expanded his fortune through a series of savvy investments during and after his fighting career. Although Forbes estimates his net worth at around £31 million, other sources suggest it may be closer to £150 million.

A large part of McGregor’s wealth comes from his involvement in the spirits industry. He co-founded Proper No. Twelve Irish Whiskey in 2018, a brand named after his home postal district in Dublin. In 2021, he and his partners sold their majority stake in the company for a reported £500 million, with McGregor personally pocketing an estimated £120 million. Despite the sale, he has remained the face of the brand under its new ownership by Proximo Spirits.

In addition to Proper No. Twelve, McGregor also launched Forged Irish Stout and owns The Black Forge Inn, a high-profile Dublin pub located on Longmile Road. He reportedly spent £2.5 million purchasing and renovating the venue, which has since become a staple of his promotional campaigns on social media.

With his growing business empire and continued interest in high-value ventures, McGregor’s potential acquisition of OnlyFans would mark yet another bold step in his post-fighting career.
