A young woman has reportedly been rescued by local vigilantes in Delta State following a frightening encounter with a man she met online.
According to reports, the suspect invited her out but, instead of taking her to a public place, allegedly lured her to a bush along with an accomplice.
The victim was reportedly tied to a tree during the ordeal.
She also claimed that the men transferred all the money from her bank account while she was being held.
She was later rescued by members of a local vigilante group.
