North West, the 12-year-old daughter of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, is giving fans a closer look at her latest piercings. On Thursday, February 5, she shared a photo on her Instagram Stories displaying multiple piercings on her hands and fingers.
The photo shows at least three piercings on her fingers, along with additional jewelry on her hands and wrist. It’s unclear whether all the piercings are real, but North accompanied the post with three playful emojis.
North first attracted attention for a hand piercing in September 2025, which sparked criticism from some fans who felt she was too young for body modifications. That original piercing, a microdermal or single-point piercing, caused particular concern due to its placement and potential for pain or infection.
Kim Kardashian has previously addressed the criticism. In an interview on Call Her Daddy, she defended North’s freedom to explore her personal style. “She has a really unique style. She puts me on to so many brands, like she just loves what she loves,” Kardashian said. “And it’s just really fun to see someone be so creative. And also know herself so much.”
Since being first spotted with a dermal piercing in Rome, North has continued to express her individuality, showing that her style choices are very much her own—even if they spark debate online.
