Nollywood actress Doris Ogala has reacted to the backlash following a video in which she alleged that Pastor Chris Okafor should compensate her with $50,000, place her on a monthly payroll, or grant her a lifetime business share over claims that her private images were shared without her consent.
In a follow-up video, Ogala alleged that the cleric encouraged her to state her demands, which she believes was part of an attempt to later accuse her of blackmail. She claimed she declined to go along with what she described as a deliberate setup.
The actress further stated that the controversy was never about money, insisting that she would continue to speak out regardless of any financial offer. According to her, there are ongoing efforts to discredit her and portray her actions as an attempt at extortion.
Ogala also made additional allegations, claiming that disturbing content was sent to her and that she refused to take responsibility for shielding anyone involved. She alleged that plans are underway to involve law enforcement against her, adding that she believes she is fully aware of actions being taken behind the scenes.
Maintaining a defiant stance, the actress said she is not intimidated and emphasized that the matter goes beyond financial compensation. She described the situation as deeply personal, alleging betrayal and intentional efforts to silence her.
