Nigerian singer Timaya had an unexpected on-stage moment after he slipped and fell while attempting to lift a female fan during a live performance.
The incident occurred while the singer was performing his popular song Ukwu at the Gbaramatu Christmas Carnival in Delta State.
In line with the song’s lyrics, Timaya invited a woman from the audience onto the stage and attempted to lift her as part of the performance. However, as she jumped toward him, the singer lost his balance and fell to the stage, drawing loud reactions from the crowd.
The moment was quickly resolved as the woman helped Timaya back to his feet, after which he continued his performance without further incident.
