Nigeria’s Super Eagles are set to arrive in Fés, Morocco, on Thursday, December 18, ahead of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has confirmed.
The team, along with their officials, will depart Cairo on a chartered flight to the Moroccan city.
Eric Chelle’s side set up camp in Cairo on Sunday ahead of the competition. The Super Eagles will face the Pharaohs of Egypt in a pre-AFCON friendly at the Cairo International Stadium tonight.
The three-time African champions have been drawn in Group C alongside the Taifa Stars of Tanzania, the Carthage Eagles of Tunisia, and the Cranes of Uganda.
Nigeria will play all their group-stage matches at the Complexe Sportif de Fés. They will kick off their campaign against Tanzania, before taking on 2004 hosts and winners Tunisia on Saturday, December 27, and concluding the group stage with a clash against Uganda on Tuesday, December 30.
