Former U.S. President Donald Trump lashed out at a female reporter on Sunday, November 30, after she questioned him about his recent MRI scan while speaking with journalists aboard Air Force One.
Trump told reporters that he had “aced” a cognitive test during his latest medical checkup. When one reporter followed up by asking which part of his body had been examined during the MRI, Trump fired back, saying:
“I got a perfect mark, which you would be incapable of doing.”
The exchange marks the third time in one month that Trump has publicly insulted a female reporter.
Earlier, he targeted New York Times journalist Katie Rogers, describing her as “a third-rate reporter who is ugly, both inside and out.” Prior to that, he told Bloomberg White House correspondent Catherine Lucey to “be quiet, piggy.”
The latest incident has drawn renewed attention to Trump’s confrontational interactions with the press, particularly when pressed about his health.
A video of Trump’s most recent response is circulating online, with many viewers noting that he also criticized another news outlet during the exchange. Observers say this suggests there may be more to uncover regarding the questions surrounding his MRI results.
