According to Odumodublvck, just two days ago, Davido sent a generous 10 million naira to his girlfriend “for being a real one.”
What prompted the grand gesture? Odumodublvck shared that his girlfriend played a pivotal role in his success, especially during his campaign for the Next Rated award. She managed the entire campaign, working relentlessly behind the scenes to ensure he clinched the Headies award. In recognition of her efforts, Davido expressed his gratitude in a major way.
“She ran the whole campaign and everything. Real one. I have to credit both of them,” Odumodublvck explained.
The rapper was quick to show appreciation for Davido’s gesture, saying, “Shout out to OBO though.”
In addition to the generous gift, Odumodublvck also reflected on the significance of his Next Rated win and discussed the ups and downs of his journey to success. He spoke about the winding path that led him to where he is today, noting that even setbacks—like not being nominated for the Next Rated category last year—were part of a bigger plan.
