Lucy Letby, the UK nurse found guilty of causing the deaths of infants, reportedly formed a close relationship with fellow inmate Michelle Smith, who was convicted for endangering her six-week-old daughter Amy with adult-strength painkillers, and Shauna Hoare, who served time for her involvement in the tragic murder of 16-year-old Becky Watts.
According to the Mirror, an insider revealed that these three women spent virtually every moment together while in prison, engaging in activities like playing board games, sharing meals, and spending time in the courtyard. Letby was initially held at Bronzefield prison during her pretrial detention but has since been transferred to HMP Low Newton in County Durham.
Letby, a former neonatal nurse, was convicted for the murders of seven infants and the attempted murders of six others at the Countess of Chester Hospital during the period of 2015 to 2016. She is a British serial killer with a notorious criminal history.
