On Thursday, January 22, former Cross River State governor, Donald Duke, and his wife, Onari, gave their daughter, Donna, away in marriage to Tobe, the son of popular Lagos-based pastor, Tony Rapu.
The wedding ceremony was attended by close family members and friends.
