Popular bodybuilder and YouTube personality Kali Muscle, born Chuck Kirkendall, was hospitalized on Saturday, January 17, after collapsing during a workout at a gym in California.
According to his ex-wife, Dvyne Dirkendall, the fitness star reportedly passed out while exercising and was immediately rushed to a hospital for medical attention. Speaking with TMZ, she said the cause of the incident remains unclear and that details about his current condition had not yet been confirmed.
Dirkendall also revealed that Kali Muscle has a history of heart-related issues, noting that he previously suffered a heart attack and later underwent a medical procedure to have a stent inserted to improve blood flow.
Kali Muscle has built a massive online presence over the past 15 years, amassing nearly four million subscribers on YouTube. He is also widely followed on Instagram and TikTok, where he shares fitness routines, motivational content, and personal insights.
Beyond content creation, Kali works as a personal trainer and has recently expanded into social media and financial coaching services. He married his wife, Helena, in 2022.
