Hollywood actress Megan Fox has opened up about the challenges she’s faced since welcoming her fourth child — a baby girl named Saga Blade — with fiancé Machine Gun Kelly earlier this year.
During a panel at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures for the screening of her 2009 cult film Jennifer’s Body, the 39-year-old admitted she’s been struggling with postpartum brain fog and a severe lack of sleep, according to Daily Mail.
“First of all, I just want to say I just had a baby, and I have a lot of brain fog,” she confessed. “I haven’t slept in seven months. So if I repeat myself, I’m sorry — just interrupt me and tell me I’m off track.”
Fox, who gave birth to Saga in the spring, shared that motherhood has once again left her feeling emotionally drained but also introspective. She drew parallels between her real-life experiences and her role in Jennifer’s Body, where her character is exploited for others’ benefit.
“Before she becomes a monster, she’s a teenage girl that gets sacrificed for somebody else’s gain — that very much resonated because that’s kind of how I came into this industry,” Fox reflected.
The actress attended the event in a nude-toned corseted dress adorned with red beaded “blood” accents, a stylish nod to the horror classic.
Megan Fox is a proud mom of four — sons Noah, Bodhi, and Journey with ex-husband Brian Austin Green, and baby Saga with Machine Gun Kelly.
