Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes could be the subject of a significant bid from Saudi Arabian club Al Hilal this summer, according to the Daily Mail.
However, reports suggest that Manchester United have no intention of parting ways with their influential midfielder.
Sources in the Middle East indicate that Fernandes’ representatives held talks with Al Hilal on Monday, with initial contact between the two sides reportedly taking place last year, prior to Fernandes signing a new contract with United that runs until the summer of 2027, with the option for a 12-month extension.
In March, Fernandes was also linked with a move to Real Madrid, but Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim quickly quashed these rumors, affirming that his fellow countryman would not be leaving the club.
This season, Fernandes has continued to prove his value to Manchester United, netting 19 goals and providing 18 assists across all competitions.
