A Lagos coroner’s court in Ikorodu, Lagos State, summoned prominent music artist Abdulazeez Fashola, widely known as Naira Marley, Owodunni Eletu, also known as Sam Larry, and Owodunni Ibrahim, who goes by Primeboy, in relation to the tragic passing of 27-year-old singer Ilerioluwa Aloba, a.k.a. Mohbad.

The Coroner Magistrate, Adedayo Shotobi, has called upon these music stars to appear before the court on October 25 as part of an ongoing inquiry aimed at uncovering the circumstances surrounding Mohbad’s death and identifying those responsible for the incident.

During the inquiry, the police reported to the coroner that an autopsy on the late singer’s remains is still pending, delaying the determination of the precise cause of his demise.

The coroner has instructed the State Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department (SCID), Panti, to ensure the presence of these three individuals at the next adjourned date on October 25.

Mohbad passed away under contentious circumstances on Tuesday, September 12.
