The governments of Nigeria and the United States have officially signed a statement regarding Proliferation Resistance Optimization (PRO-X), affirming their commitment to support Nigeria throughout the phases of designing, constructing, and commissioning the Multipurpose Research Reactor (NIRR-II). This announcement was made by the Federal Government.
