Naira has reached a historic low, currently trading at N1,000 to the US dollar.
On Tuesday, September 26, the dollar’s buying price stood at N990, with a selling price of N1,000 in Lagos.
The depreciation of the Naira has primarily been attributed to a shortage of dollars.
This recent development reflects a 0.7 percent decline from the N993/$ rate observed on Monday, September 25.
