The Independent National Electoral Commission INEC has presented a Certificate of Return to Anambra governor-elect, Professor Charles Soludo.
The certificate was presented to him this afternoon, November 12 in Awka, the state capital.
The former CBN governor won 19 out of the 21 local government areas in the state governorship election
