Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike has made it known to the resident of Rivers State to prepare for a total lockdown from January 2021 as part of measures to check the wide spread of COVID-19 which is hitting the world with another variant of Virus.
Wike while addressing a congregation at a church service said COVID is real and that the only reason his government is allowing worship centers to have large crowd is because he is a Christian. He further declared that there will be a total shutdown in the State come January 2021.
