Nigerian music icon Innocent Idibia, widely known as 2Face, has opened up about his past, admitting that he has made numerous mistakes in both his personal life and music career.
In a preview from an upcoming episode of the Mic On podcast, the legendary singer reflected on moments he wishes he could change, saying experience has made him more self-aware and vulnerable.
According to the African Queen hitmaker, life often puts people in situations where emotions take over, leading to poor decisions.
“There are so many things I wish I could rewind and do better. As a human being, there are times when you’re overwhelmed or don’t make the best decisions. My thick skin is weaker now,” he shared.
2Face also spoke about the incident involving his new wife, Natasha Osawaru, which reportedly resulted in his arrest in London in October 2025.
Addressing the situation, the singer accepted full responsibility, describing the episode as regrettable.
“I was angry that day. It was an unfortunate incident,” he admitted.
