Suleiman Aliyu Garga, Special Assistant on Content Creation to the Governor of Adamawa State, Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, has tragically passed away just days after complaining of severe tooth pain.

On Thursday, July 17, 2025, Garga shared a heartfelt message on Facebook, asking for prayers while expressing the intensity of his discomfort.

“You should pray to God to save you from toothache, even if it is for 1 minute, Alaji. Allah is sufficient for us and He is the best disposer of affairs,” he wrote.

Following his post, Garga was admitted to Modibbo Adama University Teaching Hospital, where he underwent a surgical procedure related to the condition. Sadly, complications arose after the surgery. According to sources, the site of the operation began bleeding, and he passed away on Saturday, July 20—just one day after the procedure.

His death has left many shocked, particularly those who interacted with him online just days before.

Suleiman Garga was buried on Sunday morning, July 20, at the Yolde Pate Muslim Cemetery in Yola. The burial followed the Sallah Raka’at prayers held at Modibbo Zailani Mosque, conducted according to Islamic rites.

He is remembered as a dedicated aide and content creator whose work and presence will be deeply missed within the Adamawa State Government and beyond.
