Deji Adeyanju, legal counsel to social critic Martins Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan (VDM), has disclosed that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has confiscated VDM’s phone and car.
In a post shared on his X (formerly Twitter) handle this morning, Adeyanju revealed that VDM was released on bail yesterday without any conditions attached.
“Despite everything that has happened, I still like the EFCC Chairman. There was no condition for VDM’s bail. I personally applied for his bail and made an undertaking to produce him whenever he is needed. His phone and car are still with the EFCC,” he wrote.
