Renowned Nollywood veteran, Nkem Owoh, widely recognized as Osuofia, has recently addressed the tragic passing of his beloved daughter, Kosisochukwu, at the age of 24.
Regrettably, Kosisochukwu’s demise occurred on June 28 following a short-lived battle with illness.
Her remains were laid to rest on Thursday, August 24th, in Amagu village, Udi, Enugu State.
In a recent Instagram post, the seasoned actor conveyed his deep appreciation for the incredible outpouring of love and support bestowed upon both him and his family.
He articulated that the loss he experienced caught him entirely off guard, heralding an unexpected shift in his life’s trajectory.
“I extend my heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you for embracing me and my family with such unwavering support. When the dark clouds of tragedy loom, few things are as comforting as the realization that one is not navigating the storm alone,” he penned.
“I was profoundly touched by the sincerity embedded in your messages and the warmth of your consoling calls. Throughout the passage of time, we’ve borne witness to myriad transformations. Yet, this particular metamorphosis took me by surprise, leaving me grappling with a profound sense of emptiness.”
“Nonetheless, fortified by your words of encouragement, I am confident in my ability to navigate this trying juncture. Your collective strength has become my guiding light as I traverse this journey of mourning. I am immensely grateful for your unwavering presence that serves as a pillar of strength amid these testing times.”
