According to her, she had worked nonstop throughout December without taking any breaks, even when her staff travelled for the holidays, leaving her to handle responsibilities on her own. She admitted that the intense schedule took a serious toll on her health.
Sarah Martins disclosed that doctors carried out over 32 medical tests, including checks for cancer, liver complications, fibroids, and other conditions. Fortunately, all the test results came back negative. Medical professionals reportedly concluded that the incident was triggered by extreme exhaustion and strongly advised her to go on complete bed rest.
The actress confirmed that she is currently recovering in the hospital and expressed deep gratitude that none of her vital organs were affected. She also encouraged her fans to prioritise rest and listen to their bodies, noting that good health remains more important than work or success.
