President Bola Tinubu on Saturday, November 29, received former President Goodluck Jonathan at the Presidential Villa, shortly after Jonathan returned to Nigeria from Guinea-Bissau.
Jonathan had been in the West African nation on an election monitoring mission when reports emerged of soldiers attempting to seize power, creating tension and raising public concern about his safety.
He was flown back to Nigeria on Friday, November 28.
During his visit to the State House, Jonathan briefed President Tinubu on his mission in Guinea-Bissau and the political developments that unfolded while he was there.
