After over a decade of shaping conversations and inspiring audiences, Morayo Afolabi-Brown, the beloved host of Your View, has officially resigned from TVC Communications.
Her departure was confirmed in a statement released on Monday, August 5, by Edward Akintara, TVC’s Manager of PR, Corporate Communications & Marketing. According to the statement, Morayo is stepping down to pursue a passion project she has been nurturing for some time — a dream she’s finally ready to bring to life.
“Morayo’s decision to step down after 12 remarkable years as host of Your View is driven by her desire to pursue a long-held passion project,” the statement read. “We celebrate her for the incredible impact she has made, not only on Your View, but also to millions of viewers across Nigeria and beyond.”
Her final day with the station will be Thursday, August 29, 2025.
Morayo has been a central figure on Your View, helping shape the show into one of Nigeria’s most influential talk platforms. Known for her strong voice, insightful takes, and ability to foster engaging debates, her absence will no doubt be felt by viewers and colleagues alike.
