Supermodel Paulina Porizkova is proudly embracing her natural beauty at 60, using Instagram to promote authenticity over perfection.

In a recent post, she shared two contrasting photos of herself to highlight the difference between curated and candid moments. The first shows her in a white bikini during a vacation, captured in flattering light and a posed stance. The second image presents a more vulnerable side—Porizkova at home in nude-colored underwear, unposed and in less flattering lighting.

“This is me. Vacation, pretty light, posing for a shot,” she captioned the first photo. On the second, she wrote, “This is also me. Home, not great light, not posing.”

Porizkova’s post received praise from fans who applauded her honesty and continued efforts to challenge unrealistic beauty standards.

Paulina Porizkova is using her platform to reflect on the realities of aging — embracing the journey with honesty and grace.

“This is 60. Sixty years of sometimes healthy eating, sometimes not. Sixty years of sometimes working out, sometimes not,” she shared. “Doing the right things, followed by doing the wrong things, over and over again.”

The supermodel and mother of two revealed that she’s still discovering what works best for her body — and she’s come to enjoy the process. “The beauty of 60 is that now I understand the importance is in the lesson, not passing the exam,” she said.

Porizkova has long been outspoken about society’s discomfort with aging, often challenging conventional beauty standards and the fear of wrinkles.

“We’re so terrified of wrinkles because they make us feel no longer relevant or desirable,” she said in a past interview. “But I see wrinkles as a map of life — why would you want to erase that?”

In a personal milestone, Porizkova recently announced her engagement to TV producer Jeff Greenstein. The news comes six years after the death of her husband, Cars frontman Ric Ocasek. The couple married in 1989, had two sons — Jonathan and Oliver — and separated in 2018 before Ocasek’s passing in 2019.
