Social media was set ablaze after a heated exchange between media personality Tacha and relationship coach Solomon Buchi unfolded on X (formerly Twitter), escalating from subtle shade to direct personal attacks.
The clash began when Solomon Buchi threw a jab seemingly aimed at Nigerian celebrities living abroad. In a tweet, he wrote:
“This is literally the reason Nigerian celebrities don’t like moving abroad, because they’ll miss the jobless Nigerians who fawn over them like this lmao.”
Tacha, never one to back down from online confrontation, quickly fired back:
“Calling Nigerians jobless but you set professional camera with mic talking about me! -screams joblessness- Better be thanking your wife for housing you… now you’re just a worthless house husband with ring light.”
The drama didn’t stop there. Buchi responded with a sharp counter:
“My legitimate wife houses me, but you’re housed by other people’s husbands. Port Harcourt illiterate.”
Tacha’s next clapback was even more intense:
“Provide receipt of anybody’s husband housing me! I’ll pay this month’s rent so your wife can relax and breathe! My one-month rent in Canary Wharf is your six months’ rent. Cold and broke podcaster. Odiegwu!”
The exchange instantly went viral, sparking debates online about gender roles, income shaming, and online etiquette. While fans of both parties chimed in with support and criticism, one thing was clear: neither side is backing down any time soon.
