Vienna, a young woman who proudly calls herself a plastic surgery enthusiast, says her transformation journey began at 18—the legal age to receive cosmetic enhancements in her country.

“I got my very first fillers at 18. As soon as I legally could, I was ready to get plumped,” she said.

What started as a single procedure quickly turned into a lifestyle. “Once I started enhancing, it became a total obsession. Big lips, big curves, big everything—it just feels right. To me, huge lips are the ultimate feminine, sexy look,” she added.

Vienna, who lives in Spain, travels frequently to Frankfurt, Germany, just to see what she calls “the best extreme lip surgeon ever.” She gets filler added to her lips every two to four weeks, spending over $2,000 per trip.

“Beauty has no price tag,” she said. “It’s totally worth it.”

Despite receiving frequent backlash online, Vienna remains unfazed by the negativity.

“I get tons of hate, especially about my lips or how I look,” she admitted. “But honestly, it’s always the same type of people—women whose boyfriends won’t ‘let’ them get work done, or people who just can’t afford it. It’s all jealousy and projection. No happy person goes around leaving hate comments.”

She said her friends, family, and partner are supportive of her choices. “I feel very loved,” she added.

But the extreme enhancements haven’t come without consequences. Vienna revealed that her lips are now extremely sensitive, and she struggles with a blocked nose that forces her to breathe through her mouth. She can no longer close her mouth fully, which causes other complications.

“I get a sore throat in the mornings because my mouth is always open now, thanks to my lips,” she shared. “I use special mouthwash from my dentist to keep my gums healthy. But honestly, it’s all worth it. I love my lips so much.”

Currently at 93cc of filler, she has no intention of stopping. “I’m aiming for 200cc by this time next year.”

Vienna also revealed she plans to undergo more procedures soon, including her first nose job and a cat-eye lift.

“I’m obsessed,” she said. “I believe in the motto: bigger is always better.”
