Governor Uba Sani of Kaduna State has praised President Bola Tinubu for notable improvements in security and agriculture across Nigeria’s north-west region.

Speaking at the All Progressives Congress (APC) north-west stakeholders’ meeting in Kaduna, Governor Sani highlighted the significant progress made under President Tinubu’s leadership. “Before President Tinubu assumed office in 2023, the north-west was the epicenter of banditry, terrorism, kidnappings, and other violent crimes,” he said. “Travel was perilous, farmers could hardly access their lands, and life was indeed ‘nasty, short, and brutish.’ At one point, the situation seemed hopeless. But after two years, the scenario has changed.”

As the APC’s coordinating governor for the region, Sani credited the turnaround to President Tinubu’s rural development initiatives and security measures. “Not only has President Tinubu stabilized security, but he has also revitalized agriculture in the north-west by providing essential farm inputs,” he added.
