Notable attendees include Abdullahi Ganduje, the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Julius Abure, the LP Chairman, Femi Gbajabiamila, the Chief of Staff to the President, Nuhu Ribadu, the National Security Adviser (NSA), and other party supporters.
The Supreme Court will address a motion presented by the PDP’s presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, who seeks to present fresh evidence demonstrating that President Tinubu submitted a forged certificate to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
According to a hearing notice, the apex court has set the hearing for 9 am on the specified date, during which Atiku’s legal team and President Tinubu’s representatives will present their arguments and reference relevant laws to determine if the request is within the court’s jurisdiction.
The 32-page documents were released to Atiku on the orders of Judge Nancy Maldonado of the District Court of Illinois, Eastern Division, Illinois, United States of America.
