Blac Chyna has reportedly taken legal action by serving legal papers to Pasionaye Nguyen, the mother of her ex-partner Tyga, in her quest for joint custody of their son, King Cairo.
According to reports from RadarOnline, the model enlisted the services of a process server to locate the rapper at his Los Angeles residence, as they navigate a custody dispute over their son, King Cairo.
On September 1, the process server successfully delivered the legal documents to Tyga’s mother, Pasionaye Nguyen, at her West Hollywood residence, precisely at 7:03 PM. This development compels Tyga, the “Taste” hitmaker, to respond to Blac Chyna’s petition, propelling her custody case forward in court.
This latest development in the ongoing custody battle follows Chyna’s filing of a Petition to Determine Parental Relationship in Los Angeles Superior Court on July 24. At that time, she requested the court to grant her joint custody of their 10-year-old son.
Furthermore, Chyna requested that the court be empowered to issue orders for child support and initiate an earnings assignment without the need for additional notifications to either party.
