The PMS has been flowing into drainage channels and, to prevent a fire outbreak, residents have been advised not to cook or put on any form of fire for the next few hours.

They have also been advised to avoid smoking to avoid reigniting a fire as PMS has leaked onto the streets.

A resident who spoke to LIB said they couldn’t reheat their breakfast so they had to make do with just bread.
